In April 2010, Dingeman Elementary honored Colonel Bob Dingeman, for whom our school is named. Often referred to as "Mr. Scripps Ranch," Colonel Dingeman has worked tirelessly for the betterment of our community.
Click below to watch the Dingeman Honor Choir sing a tribute song to Colonel Dingeman to the tune of "It's a Grand Old Flag."

Dear Dingeman Fifth Graders,
Before you head off to middle school and beyond, I have but one final lesson.
This lesson comes from one of my favorite children’s authors, Dr. Seuss. He said, “You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself, any direction you choose.”
In his words of wisdom, he is telling you that your destiny is up to you. Everything you think, say, or do is all up to you. It’s a simple lesson, and one I hope you will remember as you continue your educational journey.
I want to applaud your accomplishments on this fine day. Today is a milestone … one I hope you will remember fondly as a former student of Dingeman Elementary. You will always be a Dingeman Tiger!
Now go take the world by storm!
Respectfully,
Mrs. Lochtefeld
Dingeman Principal
